Overview

 

If a particular data file is no longer necessary or poorly constructed (which will require the creation of another file), you can delete that unnecessary data file.

 

 

To Delete a Data File

 

Step-by-step

 

1. Go to the "Data Files" module and select the data file to delete.

 

2. Right-click it and select “Delete” in the resulting menu.

 

 

3. In the delete confirmation window, click to confirm or to cancel the operation.

 

OR

 

Select the data file to delete in the "Data Files" module, press the <DEL> key in your PC keyboard and confirm the operation in the resulting window.
